Trinity College is a 4-storey, multi-use, 1,342 m2 per floor, solid wood, Leed Platinum-certified building in the heart of Toronto. It has 350 student beds with communal living areas (kitchens, work areas, etc.) as well as seminar, study and event rooms. The external curtain walls are called CLIP (Cross Laminated Insulated Panels).
